Changes to Surgery opening hous over the bank holiday weekend

Please bear in mind that due to the bank holiday weekend both The Shady Lane Surgery and The Streetly Surgery will be closed on Monday 31st August 2015. Both surgeries will return to normal opening hours on Tuesday 1st September.

Repeat prescriptions need to be handed in by Wednesday 26th August in order for collection on Friday afternoon August 28th. Prescriptions handed in after Wednesday will not be ready for collection until the 1st of September on Tuesday afternoon.
